1. Public to be heard
2. Welcome our newest member of the Planning Commission, Keven Ring.
3. Approve minutes of 12/7/2021 meeting.
4. Meet with members of the Brookfield Conservation Commission to discuss community mapping and the mapping of conservation districts.
5. Review progress on zoning bylaw update. Continue discussing definition section. Commissioners will find definition examples from two other towns for reference during the definition review.

• In October we covered: definitions “alteration” through “camp”
• In December we covered: definitions “commencement of construction” through “hotel/inn”

6. Any other new/old business
7. Set date of next meeting – tentatively Tuesday February 8^th, 2022.
